Our journaling sets have been created to nurture empowerment, self discovery and personal growth. Our cards combine visual images with written prompts, creating an optimal interactive journaling experience. Visual images are provided to promote a sense of introspection and consideration before beginning the journaling process. Our prompts help to guide the process to clarity.
Journaling is a tool that helps us develop better clarity. It can be difficult to recognize established patterns of behavior without intentional practices of self-awareness. Once we begin to understand our behavioral patterns and our emotional reactions we can identify how our default behaviors emerge in interactions and conversations and we can begin to act with intention. Clarity of self allows us to act intentionally rather than simply react. In addition, self-awareness equips us to redirect negative thoughts. Self-discovery helps us experience a greater depth and enjoyment of life by participating in positive authentic relationships with self and others.
Open your journal. Open your heart. Write.
1) Create time and space.
2) Set an intention through meditation or silence.
3) Open your box. Browse through the prompt cards until an image resonates.
4) Select the card and set it aside.
5) Sit in quiet with the image for a few moments.
6) Turn over the card and read the prompt.
7) Write for a least 15 minutes.
8) Surrender to the messages of your heart.
